As a mother, midwife and herbalist, I turn to herbs to keep my family and clients healthy. I have created a line of herbal supplements for pregnant, or nursing mothers, and their children. Pregnancy, childbirth, and lactation are a very special time in any woman's life. Gentleness and safety are of utmost importance for the health of the mother and baby. All my products are made with high quality herbs that are organically grown or ethically wild crafted.

Postpartum Healing Herb Bath-
The herbs work synergistically to help restore and repair the mother’s sore tender perineal tissues that may have torn or bruised while giving birth. They also aid in drying the infant’s umbilical cord. The cord usually falls off after just a few baths. The baths promote health in both the mother and child and facilitates a deep bond between them both.

3-in-1 - Steam inhalant, gargle, and bath.
Respiratory and immune support.
Both Thyme and Lavender are gentle safe botanicals for children’s delicate systems. Their therapeutic properties have been shown to improve congestion from coughs and the common cold. This aromatic herb bath is a pleasant way to offer comfort to your child while facilitating a swift recovery.
Healing Salve-
Apply to cracked sore nipples and diaper area if you suspect a microbial imbalance.
May also be used for all types of skin irritations such as cuts, scrapes, rashes, and sores.

Powder-
At diaper change, apply powder directly to umbilical cord. Continue to use until umbilical cord dries completely.
This powder is an excellent 1st aid powder. It can be applied to cuts, scrapes, sores and rashes too!
Initial visits are an hour and a half, in order for you to clearly discuss your health concerns. A complete health history is filled out and reviewed in order to build a picture of your health and decide on a course of action. I usually like to do an examination, that includes standard tests such as blood pressure, weight, and urine analysis. Any lab work or diagnosis by health care provider should be brought to the visit along with all current supplements, vitamins, or prescriptions.
Herbs are then offered as an individual preparation for your particular health problem. Usually these are made up as herbal liquid tinctures or as dried herbs, and sometimes tablets or capsules. Herbal Creams, ointments, suppositories, or oils may also be given.
A second consultation usually follows a few weeks later, and lasts about half an hour, to assess your progress, and to amend the herbal protocol as necessary. Further consultations take place as agreed, depending on the person and the illness concerned, with longer intervals between the visits.

Through empirical and clinical evidence we know that herbs have been used safely, and effectively for centuries. They are excellent choices for many of these common health conditions, weather they be chronic or acute.
